CHILD DROP OFF POLICY
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS EFFECTIVE DATE SATURDAY April 3, 2021
Children age 1 – 16 years old may not visit High Rollers Fun Center without a parent, grandparent or legal guardian during our Friday and Saturday NIGHT 7:00pm to 10:00pm sessions.
The parent must stay for the entire length of time the minor is skating. Older siblings are not considered parents, grandparents or legal guardians. If the Manager on duty believes you are under the age of 17 and you are not accompanied by a parent/grandparent/legal guardian you will be asked for identification proving your age. If you have no identification you will not be allowed in. You will be asked to wait in the vestibule where you may call for a ride home.
If a minor refuses to make a call for a ride home, or makes the call and cannot reach the parent, the Fulton County Sheriff’s Station will be called. You will not be allowed to leave until your ride has arrived and comes into the building to pick you up. Parents please keep this in mind before you drop your child(ren) off at the door or put them into a Taxi. You will be called to pick up your child(ren). This policy is in effect for the above noted sessions. If we feel it is necessary, we will apply this policy to other sessions. Parents who are not skating will be required to pay a Reduced Admission Spectator Fee of $3. This spectator fee provides the Parent(s) with a Free Large Drink in our Snack bar
The first priority has and will always be to provide a safe and fun environment for the kids in our community to hang out and have fun in. High Rollers Management and Staff has worked tirelessly in the past months upgrading the facility and developing policy’s needed to provide a family friendly atmosphere that allows parents to feel safe about bringing their kids to. With that being said this Policy is going into effect due to the increase in drop off children whom are unable to follow the business and management’s policies. This is for the safety and wellbeing of all patrons in the facility. We understand that a lot of our Regular Skaters have been and continue to be outstanding patrons at the facility. High Rollers Management will be offering an option for kids to apply for a “RINK RAT Skater Card”.
RINK RAT SKATER CARDS:
Children 16 or younger that have shown management that they are capable of following all rules and policies in the facility, will have the opportunity to apply with their guardian for a Rink Rat Skater Pass. This pass is distributed at management’s discretion and Revocable at any time. Receiving this pass will allow the child to be able to attend our night sessions without their parent or guardian.
